Veterans for All Voters Action Endorses Independent Seth Bodnar for U.S. Senate in Montana

Organization joins VoteVets, Independent Veterans of America, and With Honor in backing former Green Beret and Independent candidate Seth Bodnar.

MISSOULA, MT — Veterans for All Voters Action (VAV Action), a nonpartisan organization led by military veterans advocating for accountability and electoral reform, today announced its support of former Green Beret and Independent candidate for U.S. Senate.

“For too long, the United States Senate has failed to exercise its most basic constitutional duties,” said Eric Bronner, Co-Founder of Veterans for All Voters Action. “While our country is at war, without any clear strategic objectives, the Senate has been asleep at the wheel. Montana deserves a Senator who understands the cost of war, and who will stand-up and demand accountability when our country carelessly enters into new conflicts.”

“At the age of eighteen, I swore an oath to the Constitution of the United States, not to a political party, and to protect and serve alongside the men and women who wore the same uniform I did,” said Bodnar. “That's exactly the standard I'll hold myself to in the Senate. I'll fight to make sure Congress actually exercises its constitutional duty on matters of war, and I'll work every day to earn the trust of veterans like the ones at Veterans for All Voters Action who've put their faith in this campaign.”

Seth Bodnar is a Green Beret, business leader, and former president of the University of Montana running for the U.S. Senate to be an independent voice for Montana. Seth is guided by a lifelong commitment to duty, honor, and country. He graduated first in his class at West Point and served multiple overseas deployments, leading soldiers in the 101st Airborne Division and the 1st Special Forces Group, and serving as a special advisor to the commanding general in Iraq. After his military service and a successful career in business, Seth spent the last eight years leading the University of Montana. Under his leadership, the university achieved record high graduation rates, doubled research funding, launched the largest infrastructure renewal in campus history, restored financial stability, and was named the #1 military-friendly university in the country. Raised by two public school teachers, he believes leadership is about service, not party loyalty. Seth and his wife, a fifth-generation Montanan, are raising their three children in Montana.
