PRESS RELEASE
NEW AD: “It’s Time to Take Our Country Back”
As Montanans cast their ballots, Republicans, Democrats and Independents are uniting behind Independent Seth Bodnar to take our country back from corrupt politicians
MISSOULA, MT — Today, former Green Beret and Independent U.S. Senate candidate Seth Bodnar’s campaign released a new television ad, “Take Our Country Back,” as ballots arrive in mailboxes across Montana. The ad draws a sharp contrast between Republican Kurt Alme, who was installed on the ballot by Washington D.C. insiders who rigged the election and answers only to his Party bosses and corporate donors — and Bodnar’s commitment to fight for Montanans.
“Montanans are working harder than ever and falling further behind, while politicians in Washington, D.C. get richer and answer to everyone but us. Kurt Alme was installed on this ballot by party insiders, and he’s made clear he’ll do exactly what his Party bosses tell him to,” said Kelly Webster, spokesperson for the Bodnar campaign. “Seth Bodnar swore an oath to the Constitution, not to a party, and he’ll fight every day in the Senate to lower costs, end the corruption driving them up, and protect the freedoms that make Montana home. It’s time to take our country back.”
Script:
This is America.
Land of the free, because of the brave.
Right now, D.C. is full of cowards,
Who answer to their Party bosses and corporate donors.
They install politicians like Kurt Alme to do their bidding.
They all get rich, while we get higher costs, corruption, endless wars, and data centers in our backyards.
I’m Seth Bodnar. I’m a soldier. A Green Beret.
And I’m ready to fight for YOU as an Independent in the U.S. Senate.
I approve this message, because it’s time to take our country back.
Seth Bodnar is a Green Beret, business leader, and former president of the University of Montana running for the U.S. Senate to be an independent voice for Montana. Seth is guided by a lifelong commitment to duty, honor, and country. He graduated first in his class at West Point and served multiple overseas deployments, leading soldiers in the 101st Airborne Division and the 1st Special Forces Group, and serving as a special advisor to the commanding general in Iraq. After his military service and a successful career in business, Seth spent the last eight years leading the University of Montana. Under his leadership, the university achieved record high graduation rates, doubled research funding, launched the largest infrastructure renewal in campus history, restored financial stability, and was named the #1 military-friendly university in the country. Raised by two public school teachers, he believes leadership is about service, not party loyalty. Seth and his wife, a fifth-generation Montanan, are raising their three children in Montana.
